Pay & shifts

Starting pay is 16.90 an hour plus tips. Most shifts are 5–6 hours. We schedule around class schedules — provide us with your honest availability. We can't always guarantee time-off but try to honor requests made with advanced notice.

What we look for

Warmth with people. A real interest in coffee — or willingness to learn fast. Showing up reliably. Nothing else matters as much as those three.

What we don't expect

Latte art experience. We'll teach you. Most of our team had never pulled a shot before they started here.

The hiring process

1. You apply — about five minutes. 2. We review applications biweekly. Applicants meeting our immediate hiring needs will be text some follow-up questions! 3. From these conversations, we will invite finalists to an in-person interview at one of our "hiring days" 4. We let you know our decision within a week.

What to bring to the interview

Please bring a printed copy of your resume with your availability attached. Dress in what you'd wear to a regular shift — clean, comfortable, not too fancy.
