What it’s like to work here

Starting wage is $17.50/hr plus tips. Tips average $4–7/hr depending on the shift. Most shifts are 5–6 hours. We schedule around classes — bring us your honest availability.

Warmth with people. A real interest in coffee — or willingness to learn fast. Showing up reliably. Nothing else matters as much as those three.

Latte art experience. We’ll teach you. Most of our team had never pulled a shot before they started here.

1. You apply — about five minutes.
2. We text you within 48 hours.
3. Group interview at the shop, Tuesdays or Thursdays, 2–4pm.
4. We let you know within a week.

Just your ID. If you uploaded a resume you don’t need a paper copy. Wear what you’d wear to a regular shift — clean, comfortable, not too fancy.
